How to Get Out of the "Monday Meatloaf" Rut
If you make the same rotation of dishes every week, try a new dish (see the selection of suggestions on this blog) once a week until you have a two-week rotation of good dishes. Continue to make a new dish each week, or at least once a month, until you experience how much fun it is to experiment with food. At that point, no further instructions will be necessary.
